This Album "Alice" 1999
Les chants d’Alice et du vieux monde
is an original music composed by Thierry Zaboitzeff for the theatrical project: " Alice, c’est merveilleux non? » inspired by Lewis Carrol's novel and freely adapted, directed by Stéphane Vérité, with Marianne Pichon, Bruno Forget, Alexandre Fontaine, Afrodita Dzaferi and Thierry Zaboiteff (live music)

The show was produced by Centre Culturel Jean Houdremont La Courneuve (F), Palimpseste Company, Dr. Zab. & his Robotic Strings Orchestra.
Supported by Regional Council of Nord-Pas de Calais and the city of La Courneuve (F).

Composed entirely by the keyboardist of Ghost Rhythms, Camille Petit, this is modern classical and chamber prog with a cinematic feel. Described as being about “infinity and finiteness,” there are choral voices at times, but the recording remains in an instrumental mode throughout. Ably performed by a whole host of musicians, the music is sometimes slightly disturbing, but always fascinating and sure to keep pulling you in. Nickie Harte Kelly
